CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. noodles, cooked firm in salt water
1 can mushroom (or cream of chicken) soup
1/2 c. milk (or chicken gravy or both)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. salad olives, chopped
2 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. pimentos, chopped
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 c. chicken, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cream all cheese and vegetables together. Mix all and pour over soup over top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
