CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts, thawed
2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 c. cooked, sliced chicken
1 jar chicken gravy
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

In large saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat water and butter until butter melts.

Meanwhile, in 7x11 inch dish, arrange broccoli. Add stuffing mix to water- butter mixture; toss until evenly moist. Place chicken over broccoli, then mushrooms. Spread stuffing mix over all and pour gravy over top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
