CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI HOTDISH 
3-4 c. chicken
10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned croutons

Cut chicken in small pieces. Put in casserole dish. Layer broccoli over chicken. Dilute soup with 1/2 can milk. Pour over broccoli. Prepare croutons with water and butter. Follow package directions. Add to top of casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover loosely with foil first 30 minutes.
