CHICKEN HOTDISH 
Whole chicken, boiled & deboned
Broccoli, cut-up (or 16 oz. pkg. frozen)
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip okay)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
Stove Top stuffing, made up
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (mild or medium), shredded
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted (optional)

Mixture - mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice.

Layer in 9 x 13-inch, ungreased cake pan:

Broccoli

Chicken

Mixture

Stuffing

1 /2 pound shredded cheese

1/2 cup crackers

Melted butter (drip on top)

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, (when broccoli cooked tender). Cook longer if broccoli is frozen.
