CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI HOTDISH 
3/4 lb. boned skinned breast of chicken (slivered)
2 tsp. oil
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 slices American cheese
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken in oil until cooked add broccoli, water, soup and bring to boil. Stir in rice (cut cheese into pieces place on top of mixture after it is done). Remove from heat add cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
