CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 sm. can Chinese noodles
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chicken gravy or 1 can chicken soup

Mix all ingredients except noodles in casserole; top with noodles. Bake at 375 degrees until mixture is bubbly. Yield: 4 - 6 servings.
