CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. yellow cream style corn
2 c. yellow whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs or saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
Pepper to taste

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until transparent. Combine with remaining ingredients, pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with paprika. Additional buttered crumbs may be sprinkled on top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Yield 8 servings.
