Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Butter
Lettuce, chilled
Italian dressing
Jack cheese, grated

Put all ingredients together right before you are ready to eat. Toss lettuce lightly with Italian dressing and put on individual plates. Saute sliced mushrooms in butter. Spoon hot mushrooms over the lettuce and sprinkle with Jack cheese. Eat immediately.
