SPAGHETTI SAUCE ALA DAWN 
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
Sa ge
2 bay leaves
Celery salt
Marjoram
Thyme
Curry powder
Pepper
Cumin
2 cloves of garlic
Wine, burgundy cooking
27 oz. can of whole tomatoes
24 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. turkey, ground
Fresh mushrooms
Med. white onions
Sm. bell pepper

In large saucepan combine tomato products slicing tomatoes. Stir until smooth. Add all spices except garlic and wine. Cook until boiling begins. Reduce to simmer and cover for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Taste and add additional seasoning as desired. Slice mushrooms, dice onion and bell pepper. Add to sauce; cover. In frying pan place turkey with garlic, cook until brown; drain fat. Add to sauce. Add wine 1/4 to 1/2 cup as desired. Cook until vegetables are tender.
