CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FOR CHOCOLATE
LOVERS
 
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate - ghirardelli
1/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
3 eggs, separated
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier liquor
1/2 c. fine sugar

Melt chocolate in double boiler or in microwave oven. Add egg yolks (remember to have your eggs at room temperature before using). Remove from heat if using double boiler. Add sugar, whipped egg whites, slowly, then fold in whipped cream slowly. Mix in Grand Marnier. Refrigerate 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Sinful!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
