CRAB LOVER'S SPREAD 
1 lb. crab meat, fresh or pasteurized
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. horseradish

Remove any shell or cartilage from crab meat. Combine ingredients; chill if desired. Garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables. Makes approximately 3 cups.
