CHERRY PIE SUPREME | |
9" unbaked pie shell 1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry or blueberry pie filling 12 oz. (4 - 3 oz. pkgs.) soft cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sour cream 1. Prepare pie shell, spread 1/2 filling on bottom. 2. Bake 15 minutes in 425 degree oven or until golden. 3. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. 4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. 5. Pour over hot pie. Bake 25 minutes. 6. Cool completely on wire rack. 7. To serve, spoon sour cream around edge and fill center with remaining filling. Serves 8. |
