PEACH PRALINE PIE 
4 c. sliced peaches (approximately 2 lb.)
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar

Mix and let stand while preparing pastry or use frozen pie shell. Line a 9" pie pan with pastry. Combine: 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 4 tbsp. soft butter 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture over bottom of pastry shell. Top with peaches. Sprinkle remaining pecan mix over top. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
