CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground meat or stew meat
1 pkg. McCormick chili mix, mild or hot
1 can ranch style beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4-8 oz. water or beer or wine
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
Dash of garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Brown and drain meat. Add all ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. For larger amount, double the recipe.
