PIG LICKIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix

FROSTING:

1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple drain and reserve juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) cool whip

Mix together cake ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Frosting: In medium bowl, add 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice to the pudding mix. Mix well then add the drained pineapple and pecans and mix by hand. Fold in the cool whip. Place frosting in refrigerator until used.
