MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts, chopped

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Blend all ingredients together for cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, test with toothpick. Blend all frosting ingredients together, spread on cooled cake. Use an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
