PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Combine and bake in a jelly roll pan 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Browns fast so watch closely.

TOPPING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts (can also use coconut)

Mix and spread on the cake. Cut into bars.
