PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt
1 c. chopped nuts; optional
20 oz. crushed pineapple

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Beat butter and add the above ingredients. Spread over cake. Absolutely delicious!
