PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 can crushed pineapple

Mix together in order given. Stir with spoon (do not beat). Grease and flour 13"x9" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk

Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans, spread over cake while hot.
