PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 #2 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts, walnuts are best

Combine all ingredients. Beat well, pour in greased pan. Use Pam, won't stick. Bake in sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool add frosting.

FROSTING:

2 to 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Beat 3 minutes. Add nuts. Spread on cool cake.
