PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple and juice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
1 c. coconut

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes on greased sheet cakepan. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on cake.
