1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed bananas
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream fat and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in banana and vanilla, then dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Bake in cookie sheet. Ice cooled cake with: 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
