BANANA CREAM PIE 
2 2/3 c. milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
2 ripe bananas
Single prepared pie crust

Mix cornstarch, sugar. Add 1 2/3 cups milk, stir. Beat eggs, and remaining milk together, add to cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium heat until boils or bubbles. Remove from heat, add vanilla and butter. Cool 5-10 minutes. Pour into prepared crust lined with sliced bananas. Chill 2 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
