BANANA - SOUR CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
6 tbsp. butter, melted with
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. finely chopped almonds

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan, building up thick sides with a nice edge. Brown in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely before filling.

FILLING:

12 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 lg. mashed ripe banana
2 tbsp. fresh lemon or lime juice

Beat together all ingredients until well blended. Pour into cooled crust and chill at least three hours.
