OVEN BAKED BACON (OR HAM) AND
EGGS
 
12 slices bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 beaten eggs
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked bacon, broken, or ham cubes

Grease 9x13 inch pan or casserole. Break bread into pan. Scatter cubed cheese over bread. Add bacon or ham. Drizzle melted butter over all. Beat eggs, mustard and salt together; stir in milk and pour over mixture in casserole. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can stay in warm oven for quite awhile. Makes 6-8 servings.
