1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
8 oz. sliced American or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. sesame seed

GREASE springform pan, 9 x 3 inches. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.

MIX ground beef, onion and all remaining ingredients except cheese and sesame seed. Spread half of batter in pan. Lay cheese slices on batter and cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with sesame seed.

BAKE until edges are brown and pull away from side of pan, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes; loosen edge. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
