1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped olives
2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix

Brown sausage. Saute onions and pepper. Mix together. Mix in rest of ingredients. Put in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions, pour over mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cornbread is done. Invert and serve.
