Place in large roaster. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt, 1/2 cup sherry on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours or until fork pricks meat - test after 2 1/2 hours. GLAZE: 1/2 c. honey 2 tbsp. soy sauce Mix and baste on meat. Cook on grill with hickory chips, 30 to 45 minutes. Slice and serve with Bar-B-Q Sauce. Cooking time: 30 to 45 minutes on grill, 3 hours in oven. |
