BEEF BRISKET 
1 brisket (5 to 6 lbs.)
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Hickory smoked salt

Sprinkle brisket generously with celery salt, garlic salt and hickory smoked salt. Line roaster pan with foil (loosely). Place brisket on foil and place under broiler and brown. Turn over and brown meat on other side. Wrap brisket in the foil and cover pan with lid. Cook in 325 degree oven about 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until meat is tender. Barbecue sauce can be added for last 30 minutes of cooking.

BARBEQUE SAUCE:

1 jar Heinz (with onion) barbeque sauce
2 tbsp. apple butter
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan. Heat to simmer and continue to simmer for about five minutes, until well blended.
