OVEN BRISKET 
6 lb. brisket
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. strong black coffee
Salt & pepper

Wash and trim most of fat away. Pat dry and rub with salt and pepper. Mix soy sauce, coffee and Worcestershire. Pour over brisket. Marinate 2 hours, turning each 1/2 hour. Leave in pan with marinate (fat side up). Cook covered for 2 hours at 300 degrees. Remove cover and cook uncovered for 2 more hours at 300 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
