BRISKET IN THE OVEN 
Onion salt
Celery salt
Garlic salt
Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle liquid smoke

Sprinkle brisket heavily with onion salt, celery salt, and garlic salt. Pour Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke over the top really well. Let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cook uncovered for 5 hours at 275 degrees. Pour barbecue sauce over the top of brisket and cook the last 30 minutes. Cut slanted.

This recipe is easy and it taste great. There is one thing I do after it's cooked. I put it on the grill for about 30 minutes.
