BRISKET 
3 to 5 lb. brisket
2 carrots
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrin
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season both sides of meat with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown in oven. Chop carrots, onion and celery. Place in pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cover with foil. Let cook 1 1/2 hours. Trim some fat from meat. Slice meat and put it back in gravy. Cook 2 1/2 more hours.
