OVEN BRISKET 
1 lg. (7 lb.) brisket
1 bottle liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
Lawry's seasoned salt
Garlic powder

Place brisket in pan and pour liquid smoke over it. Add an equal amount of Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle generously with remaining ingredients. cover and marinate overnight. Cook, covered, at 250 degrees. Baking time varies on size of brisket, slow baking makes it more tender, so you can choose to marinate during the day and cook at night. Usually about 8 to 10 hours. Serve with natural juices or thicken for gravy.
