OVEN BRISKET | |
5-7 lbs. long, flat boneless brisket Marinate overnight in refrigerator in can of favorite beer. Turn over once. Drain, trim of any fat. Salt and pepper. Rub lightly with Worcestershire sauce, about 1/2 bottle. Also liquid smoke and Woody's Cooking Sauce, same amount, on both sides of brisket. Seal in shallow roasting pan in heavy duty foil. Bake slowly at 325 degrees for 3 or 4 hours. |
