OVEN-BARBECUED BRISKET 
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (5-6 lb.) beef brisket
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients and sprinkle on both sides of brisket. Place brisket in a shallow dish. Combine Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke; pour over brisket. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 12 hours, turning occasionally.

Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 4 1/2 hours; drain, reserving 1 cup drippings. Combine drippings with barbecue sauce and pour over brisket. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
