CRABMEAT BACON ROLLS 
1 c. flaked crabmeat
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 c. soft bread crumbs
12 slices bacon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chopped celery leaves

Combine crabmeat, egg, tomato juice, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley and celery leaves, mixing well. Shape into 12 finger-length rolls. Wrap each roll with a strip bacon and fasten with toothpicks. Place on broiler rack and broil until bacon is crisp, turning frequently. Yield: 12 rolls.
