GROUND BEEF-MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can niblet or Mexicorn
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 pkg. sm. shell macaroni
1 c. grated cheese

Cook beef, onions and bell pepper in skillet until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain. Add tomato soup, one soup can of water and macaroni. Stir in corn and mushrooms. Pour in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, bake for 20-25 minutes.
