GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 c. uncooked macaroni

Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add chopped onion and green pepper. Cook together. Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse. Mix the soups and grated cheese into the macaroni. Place in alternate layers with the meat and mushrooms in a buttered casserole. Bake 30 minutes.
