CREAMED MUSHROOMS 
1 pt. (about 1/2 lb.) mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
3/4 c. light cream

Wash mushrooms. Slice through cap and stems. Melt butter in skillet. Add mushrooms. Sprinkle with flour and toss to coat. Cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Before seasoning. Add soy sauce, slowly stir in cream. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Season.
