TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter, 1 cup water, oil and 1/4 cup cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over mixture of flour and sugar in pan, mix well. Add eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, soda, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cake tests done.

ICING FOR TEXAS SHEET CAKE:

1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk

Combine butter, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa and 6 tablespoons buttermilk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, mix well until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled cake.
