TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
FIRST STEP:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together.

SECOND STEP:

2 sticks butter
1 c. water
2 tbsp. cocoa

Bring to a boil.

THIRD STEP:

2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together. Add Steps 2 and 3 to Step 1. Mix well. Spread on large cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING FOR TEXAS SHEET CAKE:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil the butter, cocoa, and milk. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake while still warm.
