HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can green peas
2 tbsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 c. shredded cheese

In skillet brown meat and onion. Add salt, pepper, peas and soup. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon on mashed potatoes and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
