DIRT:

1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve 1 c.)

1 stick butter, melted

Press into 9 x 10 inch baking dish. Set aside.

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Set aside.

2 sm. boxes French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Add large container Cool Whip. Combine this mixture with the cream cheese mixture and spread over the "Dirt". Top with the reserved "Dirt".
