SHRIMP BUTTER 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can broken shrimp, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
assorted crackers

In small mixer bowl, combine butter and cream cheese. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy, 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion, shrimp and lemon juice; continue beating until well mixed, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve with crackers. Store in refrigerator.
