1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 c. French style green beans (16 oz.)
1 med. jar pimento, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can mushrooms

Mix all above ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
