PECAN LOGS 
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) pkg. light caramels
2 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme or fluff
4 cups pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Knead sugar, vanilla and marshmallow creme until sugar is worked into cream. Form 8 (1-inch) diameter log pieces. Place in freezer overnight.

Melt caramels over very low heat with milk. Dip logs into caramel mixture, then roll into nuts. Store in tightly covered can.

Makes 5 pounds candy.
