GARLIC POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients; place in a greased 8x12x2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
