PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
3 pork chops
1 onion
1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. hot water
Salt and pepper

Brown pork chops. Mix remaining ingredients in casserole dish. Top with chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Pour small can peas on top and heat.
