PORK CHOPS AND RICE | |
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can water 3 or 4 hot peppers, chopped 1 chopped onion 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 2 cans chicken gumbo soup Put rice, onions and peppers in casserole dish. Mix soups and water. Put part of soup mixture over rice. Put pork chops on top. Pour rest of soup mixture on top of meat. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Chicken may be substituted for pork chops. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
