BROCCOLI ONION SUPREME 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
3 med. onions, quartered
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 oz. cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook and drain broccoli. Cook onions until tender. Melt butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat and blend in cream cheese. Pour sauce over vegetables. Mix lightly and top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes covered. Serves 6.
